skin error

need help, while adding new skin its says there is no .uis file, i've downloaded'em from this site.

Probably just a bad download then. Try again. If it's still borked then I'd contact the author to reupload.

The skin name may be useful to know. That way an admin/mod could take care of this if they see it.

I downloaded didn't have .uis file

1)Vista Aero Blue
2)Vista Look v.2
3)Q's Simple Vista DX

All these look awesome

Those are all DesktopX Themes. You probably have WindowBlinds installed as a .uis file is associated with WindowBlinds.

Download DesktopX to run those files/skins.
