Midway Pushes For PC Gaming With New Franchise Entry

Midway Games has officially announced a new entry into the Area 51 franchise with BlackSite: Area 51 in development for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. The title, which already has a ton of media floating around, plans to "redefine the first person shooter (FPS) genre" by being truly "action-packed, [with] highly realistic gameplay." Developed by Midway Studios – Austin, BlackSite: Area 51 will put the tough decisions in player's hands, allowing "the actions of the player and his squad...[to] shape the outcome of BlackSite: Area 51."
