From the sounds of your setup, I see no reason why this wouldn't be supported by Multiplicity. I do not believe Multiplicity even bothers with knowing whether there's a multiple monitor setup or not. I think Windows has some internal settings where the dimensions of the entire viewing area is at, and Multiplicity just goes off of that. I can say this because I've never had an issue with any of the Multiple monitor setups I have within my current Multiplicity configuration.
