Have you gone to the Stardock support page and entered your email? Support page

That should send you an email with a link. It may also show up in your Misc section of SDC (not sure).

Yes, I have. It gives me all my purchases except this one. It looks like someone else had this problem (from the "Suite 18" page). And it doesn't show up in SDC, either.
