I did not get the chance to blog this run yesterday, so I have already forgotten the details of the run. But I do remember that It went well. I begin to feel more confident about being able to make it to 10 repeats. 8 was hard, as I expected, but not as hard as 7 seamed. I don't know if I have made a breakthrough, but I defiantly feel like these are getting essayer.

  Only 2 more sets of Yasso 800's and the last set will be on a recovery week, so I am not to worried. This should mean that my body will be ready to run the marathon in 3:30 or 3:29. Now the question is my mind going to be able to get my body to do it.
