Parser error at line 144

Im having trouble with this skin. The skin applies fine but as soon as it loads a parser error comes up saying "value creation failed " at line 144". I opened the .ini file to look at line 144 but the file itself only went up to 139. Any ideas? Its probably just something simple. Thanks
