setting up a ventrilo server?

I have a guild in WoW....and I am working on setting up a server for ventrilo.

I have the host name, I have the port, I have the password....I can log into the server. But nobody else can.

Is there anything that anyone can help me out with figuring this out?

Is there a trick to it? What am I missing?
