Everytime I Think the support of stardock is bad, it seems to get even worse.

I sent in a comment about th9inksync expiring...

Well, you turned around and put a new version up.

Well, it is now expired too.


I am glad I spent my money on it....

I have checked with the lead developer on this and apparently this should not be expiring until April 2007

Please double check your system date.

I wanted to add quickly that we checked on any available tickets you might have had open with us to see if there was something that was neglected or missing. Please note that you have never responded to any of our reply’s to your open tickets.
