 I am now officially past the Half way point on my 16 week schedule. I am still feeling pretty optimistic. With 8 more weeks of this I might stand a chance of meeting my goal time in LA.

  I ran late tonight because my sleep schedule was quite messed up by vacation, and I could not get myself up this morning before work to run. This is a recovery week, so I am not to concerned with stay exactly to plan. With this in mind I am going to take tomorrow off, so that I can get back to running in the morning. I am simply going to swap Wednesday and Thursday on the plan. This should have no impact on my training and will allow me to sleep in tomorrow. :)
 
  Tonight's run went well once again. I managed to stay a bit ahead of my virtual partner the entire run. I had no knee or muscle pain. The only thing that kind of sucked is I ran into town, and had to wait for lights a few times, and put up with people blinding me with there bright head lights.
