The minor races

When I meet a Minor Race I'll give them all my tech for cash. I'm guessing that since they are a "Minor Race" they wont turn it against me. I can pound them to dust later if needed.

Also, when I trade tech with a player I'll set up the trade that he likes (Text is green) then go for some cash on top of the trade. I'll try to get every last credit from him!

I'm still getting my butt kicked against the AI but thought I would share what I have tried so far.

Not effectively, no, but if you haven't traded the same techs to the other AIs as well, they're quite likely to share it with someone who WILL use it against you.

Use caution in what you trade as related to where you are in the game. for instance. Giving the AI tech that will give them manu centers or industrial sector early game can cripple their economy. While doing it mid to late game when their economy is booming can serve to cripple you. This applies mainly to the majors but the minors will trade with them as well.

You can also trade the same tech or set of techs to every AI in the smae turn and really reap the benefits fo new tech and bc.
