Not all Medals showing in posts?

How come my "Wounded in Action" Medal dosent show with the rest of my medals in my posts?

And how the heck did I earn that one anyway?

you post X defeats and you get a 'Wounded in Action' medal.
Oh and half the medal images are not showing correctly for me in the forums here either. Seems to be on and off though??
