HELP!

skinning help me please

a well im new..i was wondering how i can access the files to see the skin of my desktop IE. start and the tabs....how do i change the skin..i want to make my own skin but i can seem to find where they are.

It's hard to understand what you are asking. Can you post a screenshot?
What version of Windowblinds are you using? What skin?

If you are using IE7, the tabs are not skinnable.

If you want to make your own skins you need SkinStudio and lots of time. WWW Link

In theory, you can do it all with notepad and paint. But you can do it easier with SkinStudio and it's free to try.
