i was pressing random keys trying to find a shortcut for 'next planet' on the planet details screen...


i pressed ctrl-n


reloaded and must've lost only 2 turns.

no, I think ctrl-n means new map. This is used when you're not happy with your current starting position and you want to start over  .

I believe you are right.

This is used when you're not happy with your current starting position and you want to start over


Actually it is used when you are scared and are afraid you can't handle your starting position.
