Two months to update a skin?

Hello, anybody out there?

I have some WB skins to upload, but I've put everything on hold till this is fixed.

Industrial Ecstasy Horz: Sysmetrix
Updated one month ago, no show.

This is the fourth time I'v updated this skin and fourth time it's got lost. Each time Jafo gets it out but it's the old skin and old screen shot with new text.Whats up? I'
v never had a problem updating till now.

Its a known issue...T-Man had to fix mine.Some accounts are affected,others are not.

Every now and then, there appears a little glitch or two ... things can and do get lost in the matrix.

A pain, I know ...but try uploading them again, this time though, give them both different names to the one's you've already uploaded. For instance, if your original preview shot was labeled 'Industrialpreview.jpg' ...try naming it 'Industrialpreview1.jpg' Same goes for the actual sysmetrics .zip file [or whatever]

Sometimes the way things get cached at the server end gets a little borked, so perhaps Jafo is only finding the original file you uploaded when he goes searching for your files.

You mean just give up on the original skin and upload as a new one? NO. I want My skin with the downloads it has accumulated. I want it at the top of the list as any other UPDATED skin would be.

I think he means to just rename the file names slightly, not the entire submission name. That way there shouldn't be any cache issues with the new file having the same name as the old one on the server.
