Compiled DTX gadgets are inivisible using desktop video capture software.

DesktopX gadgets (standalone exe)are not visible using any known desktop video capture program such as, Camtasia and Snagit. I am not able to post a video demostration of my compiled DTX dagets on my website. I can only have a snap shot image of my desktop showing the gadget.

Please confirm my findings. Thanks.

It sounds like your desktop video capture software is not fully compatible with Windows 2000 and above.

I.e. they are unable to see semi transparent windows.  This will be due to an oversight in their code.

The video capture programs I am using are compatible with Windows 2000 & XP.

Could you suggest a video capture program that will be able to show my DTX gadget in video action.
