Theme Manager extracts suite files every time

Every time I apply a suite with Theme Manager, it extracts the suite files (skins and DesktopX widgets) to the 'Temp' directory in 'Documents & Settings'. This process takes up to 30 seconds, and does not take place when I load skins in WindowBlinds. Is Theme Manager supposed to work this way?

I'm using Theme Manager v2.30a.042, WindowBlinds 5.5 build 84 x86 (I've also tried using the last official/stable WindowBlinds release), DesktopX v3.x, and IconPackager v3.11.106.

This is something that has recently been tweaked for TM OEM builds so I expect the same tweak will be put into the normal TM builds in the future.
