| Notes: This was my first EZ run with my new EZ pace, I seam to have over compensated quite a bit. I will endeavor to be a bit more careful in the future, the last thing I need is to get my Knee messed up again. I have ran way to fast for the last 3 runs. No pain with my knee, however on the last mile I began to realize I was running to fast when I felt that It wanted to hurt, It never did but I could tell if I pushed it at all It would start to protest. | ||||
