I didn't do it (Upload issues ?)

Today I got an e-mail by WC stating I have updated a screenshot of mine and it had passed moderation. Funny thing is, I didn't upload anything.

This is the Upload : WWW Link

Seems that something went totally wrong there, as the upload originally seems to be done by jordygreen (comment field).
