Cursor XP plus

Hi, I have Cursor XP Plus; when I download it and install it the programme isn't in my system; I download to the usual place in programme files. But each time I click on the icon it takes me to the web page where I purchased it. I can only access the programme by downloading each time and entering my code.

Go to control panel. Choose mouse.
Do you see extra tabs there? You should.
Have you rebooted after the install?

Thanks for the reply Zubaz. I see it now; but I can't seem to change the pointer change after I select "apply"

At the bottom it says "disable all." Is that checked?
When you choose a cursor set, does it change in the dialog?
What cursor are you trying to use?
(and did you reboot?)

Yes it changes in the dialogue; then when I reboot the new cursor appears for a while, then by the time its rebooted it has gone back to the old cursor.

did you install as a standalone or via the Stardock Central Browser?

did you have the free first? if so, did you uninstall it first?

did you register your CXP serial?
