Someone Emails Me With A Problem

Any suggestions?

I received this email today and I was wondering if anyone can help. The message is below. Thanks.

The Email message
Sir,
I'm hoping you will be able to assist me in the removal of a partial 'suite' from the Win's site. Referencing suite 'Just Hanging Around' Jimbo 9294 page 7. Briefly, I downloaded this suite without success. The frog screen downloaded but not the rest. Consequently in my attempts to delete this screen I deleted/uninstalled all related files from Win's/Stardock and now have a partial frog screen that I can't get rid of. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

My Reply
Hi,
I not sure if I can help because It is not really clear what the problem is or what caused it.
I'm going to post this email on the WinCustomize Forums and see what we come up with. I'll Keep in touch.
In the mean time, try to remember exactly what you did and what happened from the time you downloaded the suite.
List Your System details Make, Model, OS, etc. All of this information will be helpful when the WC community starts to reply to the post. Once I have it posted I'll email you the link so that you can read the responses as well.

Could be. Although the theme only included links. The link for the wallpaper was included at the description of the theme.
The Theme in question is.
Just Hanging Around

Ya, I took a look. The WP had the frogs on it. He may of tried to download the theme with the Theme Manager which won't work right without an updated script. I don't know all the ins and outs of it, but that's what I'm thinking right now. Shouldn't be a big problem unless he uninstalled some program files he needs to put regular windows back on. lol He needs to get more specific about what's wrong. A screen shot would be nice. I'm assuming his computer is still running. If not he'll have to reboot in safe mode and fix the problem. Sounds like a job for Yrag or some of the others if that's the case.

If you deleted the frog screen while you were still using it you will need to reinstall it. Then put something else up and delete it again.
