Notes:

  EZ run, on treadmill, BORING. problem is I cant hear my TV over the treadmill. It is looking like I will have to do my Long Run this week on the treadmill as well. I am going to have to setup a extension so I can watch a movie, and listen through headphones. Otherwise I will most likely go insane. Just to keep things interesting I did pop it up to 6:40 (9mph) for the last .25 of a mile. Cant even image being able to maintain that pace for long. Some day maybe.

  No knee problem. (Brace and Band)

  Note: I had taken November off from dieting to se if I was maintaining my wait. I think I am, however I still want to drop the last 5 pounds, from my initial 50. So I am back on the diet as of today, and hoping to have it wrapped up once and for all by the 31st.
