Taskbar Preview - always on top?

Sorry if this has been discussed, the forum search feature seems to be down at the moment.

The Taskbar Preview is very cool, but is easily obscured by other windows. Is there a way to set it to always on top / z-index+ ?

Mine is always on top. Defeats the purpose otherwise.

After install and single reboot it wasn't functioning properly, but low and behold today it is always on top.
