Start Panel

Problems

I am just beginning a start panel (WB 5) and I am having a problem with the user pane aligning properly with the program and place list (there is a small raised edge on the left and right side of the panel). Is this a matter of margins or is there something else like trial and error??? I am improting the .png image and selecting the whole image and cutting and replacing the image in SKS. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks Cavan1, I have read that and Shawn did a great job on the tut. The problem I am having is not covered there and may not be covered anywhere. However, thanks for the quick help
