Getting desperate DA - Agent placement ,please help

Can't figure out how to place agents, please someone enlighten me.

Select enemy planet. Hit the spy button next to speak to. Planet screen will come up. Click on improvement you want agent on, then the place agent button should light up at the bottom of the window. Just click it.

Alternate way is to click the red spy icon bottom left of screen on the control panel, then click the target planet.

The "Place Agent button" never lights up for me.

I have never been able to place an agent.

Have you allocated espionage spending and trained any agents?

If you are playing a Metaverse game and have reloaded from a save game the spy function will not work. This looks to be an error in this build. I believe myself and others have already reported this issue via the email address, however please feel free to do so as well

Yes, I have trained agents and use then reguarly to get rid of enemy agents, but I can never palce my own.

Ah - Thanks Drengin, I think I started a new post about this in bug reports, I will post a link to this thread in an effort to reduce re-posting.
