Doesn't this sound familiar.

I believe the exact words I'm looking for are "Paul Martin's a wimp" and "Paul Martin's All Talk".

I forget which Reform guy (Jack Reynolds?) said this but it's good:

And I think that's being generous. What I dislike most about Martin is MartinSpeak: "Let me tell you....clearly...transparent...in no uncertain terms"....
