Considering Heroes V was going to have the most draconian of on disk copy protections to date, and thus caused many an uproar over it. To which they backed off on by release. Now as their expansion ships, its available for _DIGITAL_DOWNLOAD_

Interesting development I think. I fervently hope more companies see the light.
