Can't download my pre-order

Hi fellow star raiders,I bought the pre-order of dark avatar. I got a nice and friendly email with lots of info and my serial for the expansion.Sadly - or I must have been striken by a plasma cannon - I didn't get a download place. In Stardock Central I get my bought GalCiv II with a nice purchase button. Although I really looove GalCiv II, I won't buy it again and again, or I get a black hole in my bank account.Please save me or I send my fleet to your puny planet and will blast it out of my space.   I don't see it in the https://www.stardock.com/support/ either. DA will appear as a module along with the movies/tutorials/multimedia under GC2 when you click the [+] to expand it, not as its own item. You may also need to update to SDC if you don't have the latest version already (SDC download here).

this is what i did:

take the serial number (not order number)
open up SDC
click REGISTER NEW PRODUCTS
find dark avatar and put the serial in

after that it let me download it

Thanks a lot, especially Bigshotweb, as this is the way to correct the problem, as I, stupid Alterian, found out after my post in another topic on this thread.

The main problem was that I was searching in the technical section of GalCivII forum, then posted my problem through a link, and only then saw I was in the dark Avatar section where most people were discussing, errrr, the same problem. I hereby hit myself three times on my almost earthlike looking head and declare myself pretty stupid.
