Application Freeze on Exit

Let me know if there's an email address or something you'd prefer these reports go to, btw?

I went to exit the app (from the normal map view while in a game, right after quicksaving) and it brought up the confirmation dialog. I clicked to confirm and the entire app froze and didn't seem likely to unlock after a minute or so. So, I hit ctrl+alt+del and saw this had popped up behind the app (I wouldn't have seen it or known of it without leaving the app's full screen focus of course.)
