Racist Americans hold us back

It is well known that liberals are racist, sexist, bigoted, homophobes.

Any time a law it offered to make America stronger as a nation it is touted by liberals as racist. But if you look and listen to what they say you will notice that it is the liberals that are racist in their thinking. The first to count noses of men and women, colored and white are liberals. It is ok to kill an innocent child in the womb but not a convicted murder. Laws don’t matter to liberals. They offer many laws but never want them enforced. It is against the law to own an automatic firing weapon without a license. Yet they don’t enforce that law. But to show compassion they want more laws to restrict guns. Stupid.
It is against the law to come into this country without permission. Yet we can’t enforce the laws because we will be seen a racist. Every other nation in the world has strict laws on immigration most are stricter than ours. But we have to make exceptions to our own laws for what purpose?
Hate law is the new band wagon of liberals if you commit a crime you and don’t like the person it is a hate crime. Hello! Anybody out there? A crime is a crime. If I murder someone I would bet money that I did not like the person. There is a death penalty for murder. Now if I murder a colored man than it is a hate crime. What do I get for that? The death penalty. If I beat up a gay person it must be investigated as a hate crime. Why? A crime is a crime. I don’t know of people that routinely beat up people they love.
Hate speech!
If a person says that the president is an ass and should be killed it is hate speech but it seems the liberals are immune to that law. All of a sudden it is free speech and should be allowed to show what a great nation we have so following that logic gay bashing should be free speech, get rid of the coloreds should be free speech. Right?

Why is it that the liberal hate speech is ok in a nation where colored people are more than welcome? Unless colored people move into a liberal neighborhood.

My point is that as Americans we should never look at the color of ones skin but the content of their -- oops someone said that already.

This is why a hate crime is important - http://www.click2houston.com/news/10344884/detail.html -
"He is an evil person and he is not going to change or get better," Trent said. "We need protection from him. You are the only ones that provide that."
Tuck was convicted Thursday of aggravated sexual assault in the shockingly vicious beating and sodomizing of a Hispanic teenager during an April party in the Houston suburb of Spring. Witnesses testified that Tuck shouted racial slurs and "white power" as he kicked the 17-year-old, cut him with a knife, sodomized him with a plastic pipe and poured bleach on him in an assault that lasted up to five hours. The victim was left bleeding in the backyard until dawn, when the teens that lived at the house finally woke their mother, who slept through it. "Even if you give him life in prison, it will be more mercy than he showed to (the victim) that night," Trent said. Defense attorney Chuck Hinton appealed to the jurors' religious faith, saying that Jesus would show Tuck mercy. "I know that justice has to be done. I know a terrible thing happened. Justice needs to be done but with mercy," Hinton said.
He also told jurors that Tuck didn't have opportunities in life to make the best choices because he had an abusive and absent father, he was raised by a single, hard-working mother and his only role model was his older brother, a skinhead who is currently in jail. Prosecutors paraded a chain of witnesses before jurors Friday to describe more than a half-dozen attacks in which Tuck and his neo-Nazi friends beat, kicked or cut whoever they believed had crossed them. Psychiatrists and psychologists also testified Friday about Tuck's mental state. Among the more chilling revelations were Tuck's statements that he fantasized about dismembering a girl and having sex with her corpse. Tuck's fourth- and fifth-grade special-education teacher, Linda Cabbell, told jurors that Tuck had assaulted her during a classroom confrontation. He was 12 in fifth grade because he'd been held back. Cabbell said she tried to intervene while Tuck was having a tantrum in the classroom.” He turned around and socked me right in the eye," breaking her glasses and blackening her eye, Cabbell said. Tuck then kicked her in the groin, she added, and she held him down until help arrived. Tuck was later expelled. James Vau, 51, said he was gassing up his truck and planning to buy ice cream for his daughter at a convenience story when the three confronted him. Vau and another witness said the men, menacingly dressed as "skinheads" in boots and chains, began shouting anti-Hispanic racial slurs at Vau. Vau said he responded that Jesus Christ had made all people equal, triggering a beating and stomping from the three that left him hospitalized with a broken nose and head injuries. Prosecutors noted that Tuck rarely was free for more than a couple months before getting into more trouble.
Not all crimes are caused because of hate. A lot of crimes come from passion and heat of the moment. But the crimes he did in the past and the crime this time was done because of hate for anyone different from himself. If there was stronger hate crime sentences maybe he wouldn't have been out in public to be free to beat this teen up.

I started to fall asleep as soon as I started reading about "Tuck didn't have opportunities in life to make the best choices" Who cares? This hate crime crap was invented to get at people the liberals defended in the past. Now the "wrong" people are using that defense it is a bad thing. How about the sentence he was given? Was he released because of his misfortune? None of that is covered in your story. When bad people do bad things they should be punished. I was investigated by the police for beating my daughter. Was it a hate crime? She was out having sex and her boyfriends mother let it happen in her home. He called the cops. If I am not allowed to discipline my children then it is not my fault that the kid ends up bad. Then the courts will justify bad behavior becase of an abusive childhood. Prison is to seperate bad people from society. Stop mucking up the system.
