Thumbnails not loading correctly

Hi everyone, I am having problems with the thumbnails of the wallpaper and windows blinds themes not loading. All I see is a tiny gray box with no picture. I have tried allowing Win Customize as an approve site through my firewall and allowing 3rd party cookies on a chance that would take care of it, but it did not. Everything else on the page loads just fine, except the thumbnails. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can correct this?

Are you using zone alarm?
If so try googling Wincustomize and zonealarm. See what you get.
