| Notes: Over all uneventful run, my knee did not bother me much, still have to be careful when running over un-even ground. At 4.2 or so miles, much to my surprise I discovered that "Mr. Blue Sky" by ELO is a really good running song. Something about the beat. Also, I need to find some better way to monitor my pace, for the first half of the run I felt I was right on time, or a bit slow, then in the last 2 miles I noticed I was ahead, I finished a full almost 3 minutes ahead of schedule, this is not a problem, other then the fact that I very much want to stick to the plan, and I am greatly in fear of burning my self out. | ||||
