Is it possible to create a widget that will integrate yahoo messenger directly in to your desktop ?
I know it`s hard to implement but would be cool for someone to do it...

As with all DX/application integrations, the trick is to find an API or hook into the application.

Another approach is to take the web version of it and wrap a widget around it.
