I can't buy the game using stardock. I also don't see the [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] described below when I do a regedit.

Message is:

OK, have now attemnpted to download this game a total of 3 times now, each time with no success. I have had to cancel the download each time, as the game has reached around 70% downloaded and then resets the download. Unfortunatly I don't have unlimited ISP access so that is it for me for the month for attempting to download this game.

I don't think it is my Stardock settings, as I have recently downloaded the beta for Gal Civ 2 DA with no problems (it is now installed and running).

I haven't as yet receieved any further responses from Stardock in regards to fixing this problem or coming up with further suggestions for this issue so at this stage, unless I hear something from stardock by the end of the week, I will be asking for my money back. A shame really considering the demo was so much fun.

HAve been Yarlen, have had no response other than initial reciept, I would assume he is very busy at this time of the year - was hoping to have had some progress by now...

It's all good, I don't have any beef with Stardock (I am a dedicated Gal Civ 2 fan) just dissapointed that this didn't work (plus I have an inpatient personality so don't stress).

i also bought SR2 20mins. ago, but even after refreshing xml data it does not appear in my purchased list. if i try to "register..." it, it always says serial number is incorrect, but the number i used is the same one that showed up after completing the payment process. when buying it i used a different email adress than i have with my main stardock account, i thought this would be no problem for you can enter another email adress for every game you want to register together with the serial number, but no matter what email adress i use, i always get "serial number incorrect" ??? help please!
#i just created another stardock account (after searching for some time where to do this, there is no "register" or "login" or "manage account" or "manage purchased games" link on the stardock.com website) with the email i used to purchase sr2 and now it seems i can install it, but now i always have to switch my accounts for checking all games for updates. is there a way to transfer a game between my two accounts ????

moe120 - Space Rangers 2 isn't listed in your account. It may have ended up under your other Stardock.net account. Please email [email protected] and let them know the email addreses you've got accounts under. They'll be able to fix you up.

I'm kinda having the same problem as moe120. I have SD Central on two different PCs, both with the same account "attached" to them. I bought Space Rangers 2 while traveling & have had no problems with it or SD Central on my laptop. I archived Space Rangers 2 & copied the archive file to my workstation (I have dial-up at home still so I can't exactly download it again) & unarchived it. When I try to register the instance of Space Rangers 2 on my workstation it tells me invalid serial number even though I copied it exactly from the email. This isn't a huge deal as Space Rangers 2 doesn't seem to be in Demo mode (at least I was able to play thru 3 years until dying), I just thought you guys may want to know.
