Window won't start up

Ok whenever I start my computer it starts up stays on the boot skin and then moves and it says something about a primary password. So I never get to log in. So I have to reboot my computer so its like everything just started over and still its the same thing. I think it's because of the thing that changes your boot skin I had just installed it can somebody please help me?

You need to boot into safe mode if possible. [F8] as soon as you see the Windows logo.
Log in using your admin password if needed.
Open Bootskin and set teh bootskin to the default.
You should be fine then

What does it say specifically?
something about a primary password

There is a proggy available on the net which can access and delete/alter the system password/s.....I'll see if I can dig up the link...

Jafo, I rtfm, but it seems as if this is just a proggie to 'raw' write any file to a floppy disk. Couldn't find any info on how to use it to alter system passwords.

Oops...that was/is only part of it...

The file is called bd040116.zip ....it uses rawrite to create a 'nix bootdisk to access admin passwords.

It works....I've used it on 3 different occasions....when people's passes were corrupted...
