Proxy support for Natural Desktop

Dear Stardock Support,

I have recently bought Natural Desktop and now it appears that Natural Desktop is not supporting Proxies. Unfortunately I have it installed on my laptop and am switching between a home environment (without proxy) and an office environment (proxy with authentication). I used before a weather widget which utilizes ActiveX to retrieve the information from the internet and here I was nicely asked for the username and password.

However with Natural Desktop nothing happens and the weather widget indicates that it is offline.

Did I made a mistake somewhere or does Natural Desktop has no support for proxies ?? If the later is the case, then I think this is a severe bug.

Regards

Raymond

Ok. After some additional checking, I found the specific button that connects to the internet to get the latest forecast and this one does work with the proxy. The behaviour is a little strange as that Natural Desktop seems to disconnect automatically and if an update is required I have to click on that button.

Is there a way to have Natural Desktop refreshing itself every x hours ??

Thanks in advance

Regards

Is there somewhere you need to set the proxy in Natural Desktop? I've got it set in IE7 and from the command line via the proxycfg tool, but I still can't Natural Desktop to go online.

Thanks.
