The Next Three Weeks

Good Afternoon!

First, as a general note, yes I know the icon results are late.  We're working on getting the last of the icon judges to register their votes (to be compliant with our rules), and we're aiming to have the Most Usable Icon winners announced very soon.

Second, last night wrapped up the voting on Most Original Visual Style.  This brings the bulk of the competition to a close.  At this point we have the winners left to announce (well, first the Visual Style finalists) and then we move on to our Best Overall events, the big prize-winners of the competition.  It all wraps up in about 3 weeks with the Best Skinner crowned and awarded the Alienware laptop.

And lastly, just as a heads-up, for the "Best Overall" events, we will be handling finalist selection differently from the events held so far.  There will be a news item about the process at some point this week so everyone has plenty of warning.

We're in the home-stretch here folks!  It's going to become pretty fast-and-furious as we start announcing winners, and as all those medals start adding up towards the overall winner.
