XP Folder Titlebar Disappeared

I recently uninstalled Icon Packager 3.1. Beforehand I reset all icons to the default XP theme and now all my folders don't display the bottom titlebar. It's the gray bar at the bottom of folders that displays the total size of all the files in the folder and such. Firefox and Internet Explorer still have them though, and System Restore doesn't do anything. How do I bring it back?

Try clicking "View > Status Bar" and see what happens. It should pop up

. Close the folder, and bring another one back up. See if the Status Bar is still there
