i do know that anyone is considered innocent until proven guilty and the facts are kennedy was never charged, let alone tried or convicted of anything. if you are allowed to conclude this based on nothing proven, does that open the door for every other unsolved case to be "figured out" by anyone, accusations made and everyone else is expected to accept those accusations as facts?
but your obsession with this is funny.
even scarborogh and his conservative pundit guest the other night said that bringing this up to combat the Foley /Hastert scandal is out of line and stupid. and that is all you are doing.
it's all just obvious nonsense and is showing severe desperation.
but don't listen to me,,,keep goin,,,you are doin great!!!
| i have no idea if he did or didn't. |
The fact he admitted to it and "apologized" for it isn't enough for you?

Only the officers of the court and juries are bound by "innocent until proven guilty", the rest of us are free to make up our minds for ourselves.
By your logic though, I guess Foley shouldn't have resigned and all the dems condemning him are out of line... since he wasn't convicted of anything.. in fact, he probably didn't even break any laws.

fraudman's attempt at this in his other slander post>>>>Just keep your head in the sand and when you grow up and finally become a success you too will switch and become a republican.
my reply>>>>LMFAO!!!
i was a republican when i held office almost 2 decades ago...when i was young and naive
and i think my life has been pretty successful....11 years of marriage, 2 kids, 1 on the way, and an income which allows me to own a home, drive a lexus and put some money away. several years ago i got to a point where i could take my parents on vacation to pay em back for all the great trips they took me on growing up. i've gotten to a point where i can be generous with causes i deem worthy, so i can give back to this land that has given me opportunity..lots of love and i don't "want" for anything...i'd call that a success...am i wrong,,,do you have a different definition?
just admit that neither of these 2 were convicted of anything and your post is a slander against people who were never even charged with anything instead of being a lame lil dolt trying to play "gotcha games" with me.
(end reply)
do you have some sort of learning disorder i should know about fraudman? next time maybe i should use smaller words, bigger fonts and provide ya with a helmet and pads so ya don't hurt yourself typing???

nonsense? please!! you quote a bunch of republicans as BONIFIED WRONG DO'ERS with no arrest or evidence at all, just random accusations.
then the one that most level headed {opps what was I thinking} {this leaves you out}
knows Ted killed her is no good , why> cause you oh great and mighty liberal kook says so.
You really must stop this curlish behavior... for not only your sake, but for the sake of any children you might create, and more importantly by being a big boy, set an example for the other members of your party that have hi-jacked it. Return to correct thinking, admit that you have little or no real idea of how politics work. Admit you are just parroting the words and stances of leftwing loons to show how "hip" you are.
I say this with love and kindness and am only trying to let you see how ridiculous your mouthings are.
I used to be just like you, leftwing loon, then I grew up.
grow up!

I never play with my lessers!
It's is much like playing with food.

Yep I have a learning disability and need love. and sex. you game? bahahahahahahah
I've only ever read about it, but I think he's guilty.
BTW, Joe Scarborough has some skeletons in his closet as well.
not even worth responding to fraudman...
as far as calling me a liar with me holding office...feel free to look up whatever you want loser.
against my better judgement (cause yer a psycho) here's what i did...you won't find it online, as it was a long time ago, and i doubt my township does things online today, lol...late 80's, early 90's to be accurate.....
i was a judge of elections (the guy in charge of the election) for my township, franklin park, pa...it ws an elected office (i was appointed at 1st, due to a vacancy) and personally reccomended by my republican state rep, elaine farmer. i'd let ya check with her, except she died of cancer a few years back.
along with her reccomendation, a written one that i still keep, i also have many other reccomendations from prominent republicans. one notable includes congressman joe wilson, one of bush's good friends (he was late giving his 2000 convention speech cause he and joe were talkin in the back privately)...
i get them because of who i am fraudman. i am a good person by most people's accounts. you just can't see that because my disagreements with you politically make you see red. i feel comfortable using my real name here, just like everywhere. i'm proud of who i am. i have no fears or qualms about any disclosure.
what else ya wanna know psycho? go to my music page yet? it's easy...myspace.com/sconn1...there you'll see i have a lot of pro-pot "friends." also alot of musical ones too,,,but you'll notice the reefer. keep in mind when thinking about how liberal you think i am (mistakenly) keep in mind that's a libertarian platform position,,,hardly liberal. you'll also notice i have barak obama in my top friends...that may lead you to think i'm a liberal,,,again, you'd be wrong. i see obama as a new kind of thinker, kinda like me,,,one who isn't so "left vs. right" with everything. but you'll read more about my thoughts on him and his possibility to become a great president someday imho. granted, not too much conservatism on there. but that's for a couple reasons...1) not too many conservatives on myspace...and 2)old republicans and fun people who support my music aren't exactly a great promotional tool. so i lean on the side of the pretty girls and fun people and such. you might make a different call, lol.
i have lots of girls who are friends on there too...maybe they can help ya with your libido you were describing above.
but like i said,,,feel free to look up and obsess over me as much as you want. i'm sure lots of folk are enjoyin your meltdown...or is this your "usual?" i have been writing since my school days and have yet to be intimidated by anyone. so you can understand, a psycho too whimpy to use his own name is hardly gonna make me lose any sleep. i deal with rougher and tougher on a daily basis.
get back to me when ya have the nerve to use your real name instead of a wuss-ass alias.
... or he might have wrecked, then wandered in a dazed state to a party in a state of total saintly innocence.
Believe what you want, we'll never know.

And your ignorance is funny. Maybe you should go back and read what did happen. Teddy did a LOT of stuff that day that he SHOULD have been charged with. But it mysteriously disappeared
| WHO here believes Ted Kennedy DID NOT MURDER MARY JO KOPEKNE? |
Murdered her? No.
Left her to die, then stumbled back to his cronies nest so they could group-think a passable story to save his sorry hide? Yes.
Either way, bye-bye presidency.

that is the way I understood it to be.
| No idea. He might have given her the Kennedy golf club treatment. Or he might have just given her the regular Kennedy treatment and accidentally killed her. He might have just driven into the water drunk and left her for dead. ... or he might have wrecked, then wandered in a dazed state to a party in a state of total saintly innocence. Ted's behaviour that day was not a surprise. During his college days, he tried to hide from the cops when they asked him to stop (he got a dui, and was found hiding in his car in a drive way).
Did he intentionally kill her? Kind of irrelevant. He caused her death. That much is not in doubt. And as we all know, Drunk is not an accident. He did not accidently get drunk.

let me get this right now, YOU come into my thread, start shit and I am obsessed with YOU?
Another perfect example of twisted thinking, your thinking is what caused women that were RAPED to not pres charges, blame the victim that's your motto.

we all have things in our pas we ain't proud of, but at least I never let a girl I was having sex with while married to a different woman drown.
| And as we all know, Drunk is not an accident. He did not accidently get drunk. |
It was SOCIETY's fault! He didn't want to drink, but SOCIETY made him do it! That pesky SOCIETY is always causin' problems like that . . . So getting drunk was an accident.

A fair and just answer. leaving conclusions to those that read all about it.

He got away with it because of jfk and rfk being murdered.
