The boys behind South Park apparently teamed up with the folks at gaming programmers/producers Blizzard and came up with one heckuva funny opening episode for their 10th season.

The episode: Make Love, Not Warcraft was laden with graphics rendered in the style of Blizzard's MMORPG (Massively Morphing Online Role Playing Game) World of Warcraft, and featured a story line that both paid homage to the players of WoW while also tweaking "those without a life" that find themselves playing the game more than a little bit too much.

Several pieces of information have come out since the show aired that note that the folks at Blizzard didn't just help on the episode, they encouraged it, and worked together with Parker and Stone (the folks behind South Park) to get it "just right".  (See press release here).

If you haven't seen the episode but get Comedy Central then definitely catch a reairing while the show is in it's first week's run.  I'm sure it'll get repeated frequently later also as it was just about instantly recognized as a classic.  Either way it was one of the funniest episodes ever.
