This is my preview of my future submission. Its what i came up with in photoshop. I will be working hard in between work and other things to get it in asap.

I don't get it. Why the preview? Why don't you finish it and then upload it for 'everyone' to see? You didn't say anything about fishing for critiques.

You won't be able to add that extra button on the far right of a per-pixel titlebar. Only the standard 3 and the default system icon are supported. You're going to run into trouble with hard coded black text on many dialogs if you keep that dialog background color. Also, WindowBlinds can't group together the toolbar icons like that, and Windows can't do oval combo boxes like that.

Some things to think about before you get too far.

I think it's a great idea to preview Icon Packs and WindowBlinds if you feel secure enough to expose your masterpiece before it's ready.  I love seeing things when they're a work-in-progress personally.  Sometimes you'll get great feedback too.  MikeB's comment about the titlebar being a good example.
