We have a 2.5 increase in Ad Qaeda according to the CIA. |
2.5 what? What about the Al Qaeda that bombed the cole? The Al Qaeda that Bombed the WTC the first time? So which is worse. Al Qaeda in Iraq and violence there, or here in the states? I know my vote.
We have helped elect a government that is of the same ilk as that which is in Iran. |
We elected them? Hmmm thought Iraqi people voted for the Gov? Oh thats right they are the same as Iran, they are wanting nukes and a serious threat to us now. Thats right I almost forgot.
[Quote]The rate of killing in Iraq has now surpassed the rate of killing under Saddam.
Please provide me your source on this please (something authoritative please, not a left or right web site by some blogger)
We have killed almost 3,000 Americans and wounded over 20,000 more. |
"WE" have not killed a one. Not one single one. The terrorist have, and we have killed a whole hell of a lot of them. How many did we lose in one day on D-Day? And that was only one day of the war. We have lost fewer men than in peace time in one year!
We have spent almost 1/2 a Trillion dollars with no end in sight. |
Yep I agree, what price do you put on a war?
We have destroyed most of the military equipment of the Army and Marines. |
What are they fighting with then? Seems to me, I will research this of course, but replacement of equipment has actually increased past pre-war speed. During previous wars, the US retooled to produce the required equipment, due to the lack of balls, we have forgotten this lesson.
We have provided Iraq as a place where Al Qaeda is now operating. |
Duh! We told all Al Qeada "Go to Iraq its the place to be. " I missed that advertisment on the TV or in the magazines. Thats the idea, would you rather have them operating on the streets of Miami? I personally prefer the spontaniously exploding street walker to happen in some far away land.
[Quote]We have enabled the sectarian violence to move Iraq to Civil War.
Maybe this will be what Iraqi's need to wake up and stand up for themselves. Maybe not. Seems I recall a civil war here a while back that only made our country stronger.
