Time for a little construction!

Here are the plans for our new addition. We love our house and don't want to move, but it's become too small for our family. The solution? Build bigger!
(Can you tell I'm excited?)
I'm including the rough sketch of what the plans are. I haven't decided on everything yet, but that's part of the fun. Plus I may pick up some new tricks durring the constuction. I really enjoyed remodeling the master bath and I'm excited to be working with a contractor that is willing to teach me the stuff that I'm too chicken to try on my own! I've done basic construction but never anything from the ground up. So stick framing, here I come!
