Submission Deadline

As the Final Events for the GUIOlympics are creeping up on as quickly we have decided to draw and end to the submissions and updates. So get all your skins and updates in now as Wednesday March 20 will be the last day you can submit or update your skins for the GUIOlympics.
The libraries will close at Midnight Eastern Standard Time!

I must say that I have been impressed with all the great skins that have come out. I just wish that there was more awards to be given out because there are just so many great skins out there.

Amen to that Pat, the contest entries are absolutely mind-blowing. It's a shame there aren't at least 100 gold medals to give out. There are certainly more than 100 skins that deserve them. The participation by the skinners in this contest has been incredible. The best thing about this event is the huge number of great new skins available to us all. I hope you guys can keep this collection on line so everyone will get a chance to try them all. There are too many great skins to go through in a couple weeks and I want to eventually have used all of them. A thousand Thanks to all the skinners who participated. The creativity, originality and quality of the entries is at a higher level than I've ever seen for a contest. I'm ecstatic about how many great skins are in this collection. Bravo to everyone!

I have to add, as one who makes these things, I feel a tremendous warm glow of pride looking around this site at the work of my peers and comrades. I am proud to be here at this time and be one the many who make up this group. In 2002 Windowblinds skinners have shown the world that we kick ass! :)
