EVENT #2: Most Depressing Skin

In the most depressing skin, MindlessPuppet dominated. But according to the rules, contestants can only have 1 entry qualify for a prize.

One thing we're probably going to do is add some last judge's favorite event in which the authors that get the most points by judges get something. In the first two events, Mindless had five *different* skins voted in as amongst the highest. We want to make sure that skinners who are actively participating like that don't lose out. But we couldn't in good conscience change the rules on how the actual prizes on the officially listed events are done - 1 contestant per event. So hopefully this will be fair to all involved.
