Yeah well your problem is your no where near close to the top ten, and it took me a very long time for people to join my empire, they only started comingin after we managed to get into the top ten

the more you are close to the top 10, the more people you get... they all greed the 1st place Empire medal...

but in our Empire I don't think it's the case, I greed the 3rd place Empire medal...ahahah

I wouldn't mind joining your empire fragonman, I just created my character today but I've had this game for quite a while.
