Totally lost and frustrated

Still trying to apply custom backgrounds to my docks. Now my docks are coming up with no background at all and no tabs. Under the style feature, where all of the default "factory ones" were, i.e.LaST cobalt, LaST emerald,etc. there is nothing at all.
I have found a folder entitled backgrounds, where they still exist, as well as the folders for themes and docklets. How do I get them back into my Objectdock as well as download install "new" ones, which is where all of this started. ALL I would like is to have some custom docks and icons and it's turning out I need a PHD to make this thing work. Thanks, Wayne

Download your docks...unzip them where ever you download them to and move them to...

Programs->Stardock->ObjectDock->backgrounds.

Once you have them in there you can apply them from your ObjectDock Properties by clicking on a tab then choose tab settings which will open ObjectDock Properties..then at the bottom where it says Style you can choose your dock from the dropdown.

For side docks (non tabbed zoomer) you can click on the configuration icon in the dock then choose appearance and then you can choose your at the bottom where it says background.

Did you have the free version of object dock first then buy the plus version ? That could be why they arent going where they should. I use just the free version and I just unzip to the backgrounds - here is pathway assuming you installed it to c > program files
