Cross Referencing

Here goes.

I tried cross-thingy'ing my Wincustomize account with my account from Stardock, whereon I bought Object Desktop.

 I tried filling in my normal e-mail, which I used for both my WinCustomize-account as my StarDock-account, but it tells me it's the same and all will be o.k. Well, no.

So I think, maybe I should fill in the e-mail from the billing adress, instead of the one from the shipping adress. But then, it logs out and tells me I need to be logged in ). So I log in and try again. Same story.

I've searched every forum ('channel'), but no-one seemed to have this problem aswell.

Please help me out Thanks in advance, Tjalling

P.s: I tried deleting cookies and such. Doesn't help.

That's what it told me and all was well.
It's gotta circulate through different servers and takes a while sometimes.

Why you say, no?

If your WC email is the same as the email you used to purchase, there is nothing to cross-reference. Your profile says you're a Current Customer.
