Default icon location

I was wondering, I'm adjusting my system icons at the moment, and every time I want to change it, it default-ly shows me the ones from %SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll .
Now, is there a way to change that to a different folder, because it'd be handier if it goes straight to the place I keep all my icons.
