Can't get a higher difficulty level medal

well, I know it's been asked before and I really don't want to search the forums...

ok, I played with a higher difficulty level then my medal is showing, I now play on obscene, (well, for now in single player but I will get to it...) so on crippling, and it still showing: "Challenging" but I passed that level long time ago... any comments?   

PS:

please don't press on my name, then Master U's profile and look on my games, cause I know that's what you gonna do, I'm telling ya I passed that level so you should come up with an idea,

It's an average. About half your games have been on painful, with enough lower than that to pull the average down to challenging.

The only way to raise it is to submit lots and lots and lots of higher difficulty games (or clear them all and start over )
