Questions

1. Will there be any new weapons?
2. Also what kind of new techs might you come over (not just weapons i mean)
3. Can you colonize some gas giants? For research stuff and such... or any other planet for that matter that is not Oxygen? (i know about the whole special world things but i dont mean about that... I meant that can you colonize or make a outpost on a carbon dioxide planet?

1: we don't know anything about this yet, at least what has been released so far.

2: Well theres going to be some new techs related to the new planet habitatibility system, maybe espionage techs unless they are tied into something else, and thats all we know right now.

3: we might be able to do something with gas giants in Dark Avatar, but I don't think there has been any official word about it.

Will you be able to build mining stations on the moons? (on the planetary screen you get a extra square or window with title "moon" where you build this improvement)

Moons don't give any extra tiles (they already give a planet-wide 10% manufacturing boost), but you will be able to build mining stations on asteroids.

do things with gas giants??? like nuke them and make a new star??? or maybe a bomb that can take out a whole system??? that would be sweet.
